1. -Payment is made in full and from the beginning before starting the commission (all prices are in USD) (if there are several different commissions, it can be divided into parts). No refunds are accepted once the drawing has begun.

2. -Please provide references of your character, as the reference sheet, if not, then guide drawings/photos, and a description of the commission (such as the pose/gesture/clothing/background/etc.). Photos, quick doodles, other artwork, fanarts, etc are welcome as references. 

3. -Normal art commissions are for PERSONAL USE ONLY. If printed, ONLY for personal decoration, NOT for sale. The watermark will NOT be removed.

4. -Commercial art commissions include an additional percentage depending on the complexity/style/use/quantity of the drawings.

5. -I reserve the copyright of the work. This includes using the drawings for advertising on my social media. If you do not agree with this, please let me know before.

6. -You can let me know if you want to be tagged or remain anonymous when I post the commission. Consult me ​​before posting the drawing on your social media, crediting me with a link or username to my social media accounts is obligatory.

7. -It's prohibited to use my commissions for AI, NFTs, tracing, plagiarism, bases, or heavy references.

8. -For security reasons, payment is ONLY via PayPal, through invoices. For Peruvian clients, I can accept Bank deposits or use the Yape app. I will NOT accept sending you my personal PayPal link.

9. -Exchanges, Art Trade, or "free advertising" are not accepted as payment.

10. -I will only accept commissions from adults, regardless of whether they are SFW or NSFW artwork.

11. -Please note that your characters will be adapted to my own style, which means slightly varying the proportions/colors, while respecting the original design. I CANNOT imitate another artist's drawing style; I will only use it as a reference.

12. -Only 4 changes allowed in total. 2 in the sketch stage, 2 in the color stage. Once converted to lineart, there will be no changes. Further changes in lineart/color or redo the entire sketch from scratch will have an additional cost.

13. -The Waiting Order number is respected; progress will not be prioritized or rushed beyond the estimated time. If you have a deadline, let me know.

14. I do NSFW Art too. I will not draw hate art, illegal activities, minor characters or those who appear to be minors in nsfw situations, extreme fetishes (like scat), nor very explicit gore.

15. - I reserve the right to deny a commission.
