What is collaboration and Communication?

Collaboration refers to the exchange of information, and skills to advance the state of a collaborative product, while on the other hand Communication refers to the exchange of information to achieve a better understanding of something.( Will O'Connor, 2015)

The benefits of collaboration in the classroom

1. Problem solving:

• Collaborating with your learners will help you as a teacher to know the problems they are facing so that you can step in and help them overcome their problems.

2. Adaptability:

• A collaborative classroom naturally becomes adaptable. Because it can prepare the problems that arises and it also helps the learners to be free to talk when they are suffering from something.

3. Skill-sharing:

• Everyone can learn new skills from each other and improve the classroom as a whole if your class is able to share its experience. In In addition, a good classroom will have a variety of knowledge that will help learners come up with fresh ways to achieve their studies.

Ways to establish effective classroom in the classroom as a teacher

1. Create safe environment:

• Create an environment that is open, inclusive, and supportive so that students feel free to speak openly and freely about their views. For leaners to succeed academically, it is essential that they feel comfortable approaching adults for assistance. It's crucial to foster this kind of accepting environment throughout the entire teaching process.

2. Encourage teamwork:

•  More teamwork and group projects are excellent ways to shift the emphasis away from rivalry and toward cooperating for the greatest outcomes. It can promote dialogue, teamwork, and communication while assisting kids in speaking more and expressing themselves more clearly with their classmates.
