Welcome to Quick Simple Lists & Groceries (aka Quick Simple Grocery List) ("App", "we", "us", or "our"). By downloading, accessing, or using our App, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). Please read them carefully before using the App or purchasing a subscription.

1. Overview and License

Quick Simple Lists & Groceries provides an easy way to make multiple lists.

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on any compatible mobile device that you own or control, subject to these Terms and the rules set forth in the Google Play Terms of Service.

2. In-App Purchases / Tips & RevenueCat

• Tipping for the app: The app is completely free, but there is an option to tip via RevenueCat, if you enjoy my app. 

• Payment Processing: All payments are processed through your Google Play Account. Payment processing and subscription validation are facilitated using RevenueCat, a third-party service provider.

If you encounter an issue restoring a purchase or validating an active entitlement, contact us at casualusefulapps@gmail.com with your store transaction receipt. 

3. Refunds and Cancellations

All purchases / tips are managed directly by Google (Google Play Store):

• Android Refunds: Google Play handles refund requests according to the Google Play Refund Policy.

4. Prohibited Conduct & Termination

You agree not to modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the App. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the App for any user who violates these Terms or engages in unauthorized activity.

5. Recipe Import Feature and Acceptable Use

The App includes a feature allowing you to extract and import ingredients from third-party websites into a private note. This feature is provided strictly for your personal, non-commercial utility. By using this feature, you agree that you will not use it to scrape, republish, resell, or build a public database of third-party recipes or content. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of imported content complies with applicable copyright laws and the terms of the original source.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability

The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. In no event shall the developer or owners of Quick Simple Lists & Groceries be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of or inability to use the App.

7. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
