Terms of Use (Terms of Service)

Welcome to My Darts Score Tracker (aka Dart Bots and Score Tracker) ("App", "we", "us", or "our"). By downloading, accessing, or using our App, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). Please read them carefully before using the App or purchasing a subscription.

1. Overview and License

My Darts Score Tracker provides dart scoring, long-term statistics, graphing, and on-device opponent ("Dartbot") features.

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on any compatible mobile device that you own or control, subject to these Terms and the rules set forth in the Google Play Terms of Service.

2. In-App Purchases, Subscriptions & RevenueCat

• Subscription Billing: Access to premium features (such as extended statistics, full graph histories, and advanced Dartbot levels 2–10 for 501 and Dartbot levels 2-5 for Cricket) requires an active paid subscription or one-time purchase ("In-App Purchase").

• Payment Processing: All payments are processed through your Google Play Account. Payment processing and subscription validation are facilitated using RevenueCat, a third-party service provider.

• Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.

• Renewal Charges: Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the rate of your selected plan.

• Managing and Canceling Subscriptions: You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time:

  • Android Users: Manage or cancel directly via the Google Play Subscription Center or by opening the Google Play Store app > Profile Icon > Payments & Subscriptions > Subscriptions.

If you encounter issue restoring a purchase or validating an active entitlement, contact us at casualusefulapps@gmail.com with your store transaction receipt. 

3. Free Trials (If Applicable)

Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription to that App, where applicable.

4. Refunds and Cancellations

All purchases and subscription billing are managed directly by Google (Google Play Store):

• Android Refunds: Google Play handles refund requests according to the Google Play Refund Policy.

5. Prohibited Conduct & Termination

You agree not to modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the App. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the App for any user who violates these Terms or engages in unauthorized activity.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability

The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. In no event shall the developer or owners of My Darts Score Tracker be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of or inability to use the App.

7. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
