Development: van Richten believes this is referring to Strahd's tomb.
This card shed's light on one who will help you greatly in the battle against darkness. A friend to turn to when all else seems lost.

“Ah, the worst of all truths: You must face the evil of this land alone!”
Development: van Richten believes the "Dark Lord" card refers to Strahd himself.
If you should ever need to find the ruler of this land, remember he is a creature of darkness and his powers are beyond mortality. This card will tell you where you shall always meet him.
Madam Eva’s Interpretation: “He lurks in a hall of bones, in the dark pits of his castle.”
“I see an old enemy of yours. Redemption awaits if you can face them. I see you meeting at a place high up in the mountains guarded by amber giants.”
Development: van Richten believes this refers to the Amber Temple, located south in the Balinok Mountains along Tsolenka Pass.
Choices
Madam Eva indicated that defeating Strahd would free them from the Mists, but he would eventually come back. There is another, more difficult option they may wish to pursue to free the land from the mists for good.
Development: Mordenkainen believes there is knowledge in the Amber Temple that may assist in ending the curse in Barovia.

“Another history of this land may guide you so you may further understand the darkness that grasps it. I see a faceless God. He awaits you at the end of a long and winding road, deep in the mountains.”
Development:
Mordenkainen was unsure what this could mean. A faceless God? He's never heard of such a thing.
“I see a woman hanging above a roaring fire. Find her and you shall find Strahd’s journal once more.”
Development: Other than this likely being in Castle Ravenloft, the group is uncertain where this could be pointing to.
“I see a sleeping Prince, once the servant of light but jealousy consumed his heart and led him to darkness. The holy symbol lies with him.”
Development: Group believes this refers to the tomb of Sergei von Zarovich - Strahd's younger brother. Strahd has confirmed this when Corvid asked for the Holy symbol back he stated, "It lies with my brother, where it belongs."
The Martikovs at the Winery informed the party that all three of their gemstones that were created by Strahd long ago that enables the grape vines to grow were stolen. One by the Druids and another by the Baba Yaga. Who stole the third gemstone is a mystery to the Martikovs.
Development: The Gemstone stolen by the Druids was found embedded in DJ's chest upon the great Tree Blight the group defeated. This was returned to the Martikovs. The second gem was taken from Baba Yaga's hut and given to Strahd who was disguised as a Martikov at the time.
Strahd believe that The Abbot at Saint Markovia's Abbey in Krezk knows and can perform a ritual that may "cure" Firestorm of her condition.
The Abbot said he could perform a ritual to cure Firestorm, but that ritual requires an array of materials not easy to come by:

Strahd wants Mammon out of his domain and believes that Mathias and Corvid may be able to infiltrate his ranks and destroy him from the inside. Is there a possible alliance here between Strahd and the travelers? Corvid suggested to him that if they were to deal with Mammon, he should let them leave Barovia.
Update: Group is working with Strahd and van Richten to deal with Mammon and his forces that have gathered along Tsolenka Pass on Mount Ghakis.
Is there hope for Ireena now? Did she willingly agree to go away with this Alek fellow and where the heck did he get a Nightmare from?
Development: The party received a letter from Ireena, which indicated she was alive (for the moment anyway).
Development: Group met Ireena during Strahd's dinner, though she was not present when they first arrived and Bubblegum had to convince Strahd to allow them to see her. As far as they could tell, she is still human.
The group received another letter from Ireena indicating a sense of loneliness as well as the fact that both Strahd and Alek are currently absent from Castle Ravenloft.
North of Vallaki is a village of Dusk Elves that live along side the Vistani that make came there. Kasimir Velikov offered to escort the party to the Amber Temple and believes there are powerful items there that could help them in Barovia. He himself wishes to bring his sister, Patrina Velikovna back from the dead and knows there is knowledge in the Amber Temple that will assist him. Her bones currently reside in the crypts of Castle Ravenloft.
