75 teachers from around our nation who were selected to participate in the Fulbright Teachers for Global Classrooms convened in Washington DC for an exceptional and informative weekend conference. At the conference we learned who would be in our traveling cohort and which continent we would be travelling to. After an intensive 10 week online course developed by the International Research Exchange Program and Fulbright I welcomed meeting the 2019- 2020 FTGC participants in person. The conference provided the opportunity to meet national leaders in the field of Global Education and to exchange perspectives and ideas.
