Drop off your machine at Castle Mercantile. Fill out a service form indicating the issue (or cleaning). Family Sewing will pick up your machine on their scheduled route. Family Sewing will call you with the free estimate details and the repair cost. They will get your approval to proceed. Your machine will be dropped off at Castle Mercantile two weeks later. Simple expert service!
