I have been coaching since 1998. 27 years later and each year that passes I get more passionate to coach. My primary mission is the kids emotional, physical, and educational well being. I believe in coaching there is always a teaching moment and I will never take my role for granted. Building trust and having the kids believe in themselves and their ability is priceless.
I have a degree in Exercise Science and am certified by the National Academy of Sports Medicine as a Human Movement Specialist, which has tremendous value in this sport. I am also the Cross Country Head Coach and I look forward to many successful seasons in the future.

My name is Josh Morgan, or as some of you will soon learn, Moach. I've been coaching Track & Field for the past nine years, starting with horizontal jumps and moving into the short sprints/relays role the past couple years. I started competing as a freshmen in high school and quickly fell in love with the sport, becoming a state champion my senior year. I've also added two more state titles as a coach. I started coaching to share my knowledge, help develop young athletes in track, and also teach discipline it takes for their next steps in life. My specializations include plyometrics, nutrition, weight lifting, and off campus I work as an ER RN. I have a wonderful fiancée and an almost two year old daughter who have embraced this track life with me! Looking forward to meeting you all!
I am a Brazilian that loves to live life to the fullest. Growing up in Brazil meant that I walked around barefoot and played in the warm, tropical rain. Moving to the United States as a young girl with her family was very eye opening. I had to learn a new language by interacting with friends and watching cartoons! But because I watched everyone very intently to learn, it gave me the ability to really pay attention to people. As I grew up to be an adult woman of 6 feet in height, most people watched and paid attention to me! As much as I love that, I also enjoy making others feel special. This is what coaching has become to me. A way of letting others know that how I see them is beautiful. I want them to feel confident and comfortable in being who they are!
