Meals

More Details on the Meals:

• Daily Breakfast is included with your campus or hotel booking, and hours will be shared by each venue. (Typically 7:30 - 9:30)

  • If your optional activity has an early departure:

    1. 1. • On campus, breakfast will be open to accommodate any early activity departure times and will be communicated prior to arrival.

          • At hotels, you will need to make a request if you feel you need an earlier time than what's offered.

Sunday

• On your own. 

• If there is interest, we could make a reservation for a group lunch and/or dinner. Or we could get together in the apartments to cook or eat carry out/take away.

Monday

• Lunch on your own—in town or book on campus. 

• Cast B (& A91!) is going on the day tour to Cliffs of Moher & Inis Oirr, which includes a box lunch in the price. Be sure to add this day trip to your registration if you want to go!

• Supper (light meal) provided for all registrants. This is one of the reasons the IAA will ask for your arrival information! Please answer!

Tuesday

• Lunch on your own. 

• Era Dinner—A formal dinner is provided for all registrants (2 locations; please take note; bus service provided).

Wednesday

• On your own.

  • Lunch may be included in an optional day tour.

  • We can get food at the pub event before the Celebration of Life, or cook together, or order pizza.

Thursday

• Lunch on your own. (Some may be on day tours as well.)

• We can make an early dinner reservation for anyone who wants to dine together before the show.

Friday 

• We will organize a lunch for all interested...either a picnic or in an apartment, or a reservation on campus. (May make this late so that it carries us through to after the show). It will depend on what time our photos and rehearsals are scheduled.

• Post-show Reception will be one beverage with canapés / hors d'oeuvres provided for all registrants (drink and meal tokens given upon entry to event).

Saturday

• Lunch on your own. There are food purchase options at Bunratty Castle and Folk Park.

• Supper (buffet meal) at the Dance Party provided for all registrants (we are required to arrive by bus and we will travel immediately from Bunratty Castle together in our assigned groups).

Sunday

• On your own.
