I have a bachelor's degree in Elementary Education as an Early to Late Childhood Generalist (K-6), and Family and Consumer Sciences (6-12). 

I was a culinary teacher for 3 years with Wichita Public Schools. During COVID, I began my journey into Virtual Instructor Led Training. I used many online learning platforms and incorporated gamification into my curriculum as much as possible. 

Prior to culinary teaching, I was a 5th and 6th grade math teacher in a smaller district. My students were 1-to-1 with iPads for few years, then we transitioned to Chromebooks. This opportunity fueled my interest in virtual learning and here we are!
