How to Take the Quiz and Download Your Certificate

1. Visit the Quiz Link
   Click on this link: CASRHA Quiz or using the embed form bellow.

2. Complete the Quiz
   The quiz will appear immediately. Answer all the questions. There is no time limit.

3. Submit Your Answers
   Once you’ve answered all the questions, click the “Submit” button.

4. View Your Results
   After submission, you will see your score. Important: Note your Certificate Number (e.g., Certificate Number - CAS****).

5. Generate Your Certificate
   Click this link to go to the certificate generator: Certificate Generator.

6. Input Your Details

   • Enter your full name as you want it to appear on the certificate.

   • Input your Certificate Number from the previous step.

7. Download Your Certificate
   Click the “Download” button. Your certificate will automatically be saved to your device.

Important Notes

• If you lose your certificate, you will need to retake the quiz to get a new one.

• You can download your certificate anytime using the same Certificate Number, even multiple times.
