The Children & Adolescents Sexual and Reproductive Health Awareness (CASRHA) Foundation is a registered Not – for – Profit Organization founded with the aim of raising sexually informed children and Adolescents.
Our children and young people are faced daily with enormous temptation to get involved in sexual activities even before they know what it is.
Research has shown that equipping them EARLY with age-appropriate, culturally relevant, scientifically accurate and spiritually edifying Sex Education (Wholesome Sex Education);
helps to empower them to take responsibility for their own health,
prevents them from being victims to Sexual predators and
helps them escape the consequences of premature sexual activities such as sexually transmitted infections, including HIV/AIDS, teenage pregnancy, teenage parenthood, abortion and its complications, genital cancers, and death.
The Scripture instructed that parents should TRAIN the children in the way they SHOULD go and when the children grow up, the instructions will not depart from them. Proverbs 22:6
However, it has been noted, sadly, that many parents, teachers and advocates do not really know the ‘THE WAY THESE CHILDREN SHOULD GO’ let alone training them in the same.
Some others who know what to do miss the correct approach and timing.
We have two choices; to fold our arms and watch things run its degenerating course or get involved to change the tide.
Wholesome Sex Education for Children and Adolescents Training is our Foundation’s response to this very important and difficult to ignore issue.
A little CONSISTENT drop can make an ocean. It is better to do something that will positively impact than do nothing at all.
It is this passion that gave birth to the mandate to start involving and collaborating with parents, teachers and advocates by training them on how to teach Wholesome Sex Education.
We have taken it upon ourselves to provide the missing link and bridge the gap; to raise sexually informed children and adolescents who will be able to take responsibility for their sexual health and identify a sexual predator, including paedophiles, and quickly expose them before they cause havoc.
Promoters of sexually immoral contents are working tirelessly everyday to sexualize this world, we feel we cannot do less.
We are calling on you to join us to saturate the world space, including the internet, with sexually pure contents.
This is what we have brought to the table at CASRHA Foundation.
Our goal is that No Child or Young Person who Crosses our Path will Fall Victim to Sexual Immoralities.
If we can equip them to win the battle of sex, we would have helped them to win the battle of life.
The founders, Dr. John S. BALOGUN and his wife, Mrs. Opeyemi C. BALOGUN have been passionately involved in children and Adolescents education for close to two decades. They are seasoned Sexual Purity Crusaders with certifications in Adolescents and Youth Sexual and Reproductive Health.
We are actively involved in Wholesome Sex Education training for parents, teachers and all who are passionate about helping young people win the battle of sex. This we do both physically and virtually.

1. To educate children and adolescents on sexual and reproductive health through awareness creation about safe sexual practices, prevention of sexually transmitted infections including HIV/AIDS, and prevention of teenage pregnancy and unsafe abortion.
2. To develop and strengthen the ability of children and young people to make conscious, satisfying, healthy and respectful choices regarding relationships, sexuality and emotional and physical health.
3. To educate/train parents, guardians, educators on the goals of achieving sexual and reproductive health for their children and adolescents.

Mrs. Opeyemi Cafy Balogun
Mrs. Opeyemi Cafy BALOGUN encountered Jesus Christ when in secondary school, at a point in her life when she was deeply rooted in Islamic religion.
Her encounter with Jesus Christ caused a visible transformation that made her parents to believe in the power of Christ to change lives.
Since her conversion, she has been a passionate evangelist for the cause of Christ, with special passion for premarital and marital Sexual Purity.
She is the anchor of the monthly Hangout with Preteens and Teenagers tagged ‘Hangout with Dr. & Mrs. BALOGUN’ where she reaches out to these set of souls with Wholesome Sex Education.
She is a Professional Counselor and currently holds a Master of Education in Guidance & Counseling in view.
She’s married to Dr. John S. BALOGUN, they both founded the CASRHA Foundation and are the Conveners of the Wholesome Sex Education for Children and Adolescents Training. Their union is blessed with two children. They reside at Gwagwalada in Abuja FCT Nigeria.
Prince Josiah Ibukun Oyekale
Prince Josiah Ibukun OYEKALE was born and bred in a Christian home, but he discovered an hollowness in hus heart despite being massively immersed in religious activities.
He saw a need to publicly and assertively redidicate his life to the Lord to be very sure of a sincere devotion to God’s will and purpose.
Since He came to know the Lord almost two decades ago, his love for the Lord is ever increasing. His passion to both serve the Lord and live for eternal purpose has been progressive.
He is an educator, serial entrepreneur, academic research analyst and has his PhD in Crop Biotechnology in view.
He is specially burdened towards serving the Lord in the midst of Adolescents and has authored a number of books to that effect. He is currently the leader of a team called Adolescent Home who is saddled with the responsibility of teaching God’s word to Adolescents.
Serving God along with him is his wife Esther who also manages Mother & Child Home a NGO that sees to educating the public about the health of pregnant mothers and newborns.
He is based in Ibadan Nigeria and blessed with two biological children Joshua and Mighty.
Dr. John S. Balogun
Dr. John S. BALOGUN is a Medical Doctor by profession. He practices as a Paediatric and Child Health Specialist at the University of Abuja Teaching Hospital, Abuja Nigeria.
He has been passionately involved in Children and Adolescents education for close to 2 decades.
He is a seasoned and gifted teacher of God’s word and a Sexual Purity Crusader with certification in Pragmatic Approaches for Youth and Adolescent Sexual and Reproductive Health.
He is the Convener of the monthly Wholesome Sex Education Training for Children/Youth teachers, parents and children advocates.
He is the founder of CASRHA Foundation, the vehicle he uses to crusade Wholesome Sex Education (Sexual Purity) in schools, Children & youth camps, campuses and religious organizations.
He writes intensely and extensively on Christian living, Sexual Purity, Relationship and Marriage, and he’s the author of over 30 books.
Married to Opeyemi, a Children/Youth teacher and Professional Counsellor, they are blessed with two kids.
Mr. Emmanuel BAYODE
Mr. Emmanuel BAYODE is the current Head of CASRHA Foundation Media Team.
Being raised in a Christian home, he got born again at a tender age after hearing that Jesus Christ loved him during one of the Children’s Sunday School class.
He had a turbulent time maintaining his conviction but God’s mercy found him and brought him into contact with one of CASRHA Foundation’s trainings.
Following the training, he saw the emptiness in his spirit and rededicated his life to Jesus Christ.
Since then, His love for God and the desire to serve the Lord and live for everlasting purposes has continued to grow.
He is a Children’s minister, Surveyor and Geometric Engineer. He has a Masters degree in Surveying and Geoinformatics in view with certification in Wholesome Sex Education for Children and Adolescents.
He is the author of one of the Wholesome Sex Education Book Series, titled, The Untold Story of a Church Boy.
