The Technical Definition

The process of moving through a change is a personal and individual choice. Change management is about understanding the typical steps involved for an individual to successfully move through a change, then scaling that up to an organizational level of all of the individuals that will be impacted by that change, and then applying intentional strategies that are scaled appropriately to assist those individuals and groups.
