My Professional Purpose
My purpose is guiding organizations through Change by addressing the needs of the individual. I believe that repeatable Change processes with proven tools can deliver ROI by increasing adoption quickly and effectively.
If you can't measure it - you can't manage it. Adoption metrics, KPIs, and meaningful data should be what drives business decisions and our strategy for growth.
Applied Models and Tools
Certified in Conner Partners Change Management Model and Prosci ADKAR, but have applied several tools and methodologies for organizations I serve.
Tools I Developed:
Change Saturation Calculator
Are we hitting Finance at a bad time of the month? How many changes has our Commercial teams been dealt in the last two quarters?
I created a data-drive application to track and report user change saturation.
Training Logistics Planner
Coordinating the content needs for thousands of users - and then getting on the calendar is a tremendous amount of work - so I developed a shortcut to easily plan why needs what kind of training and when!
Communications Channel Planning Matrix
There are more ways to communicate than email! Channel planning is often overlooked when putting together Communications Schedules, so I built a matrix to easily see Who, What, and HOW we will communicate to our users.
