Welcome to Cash Shorts. By accessing or using our mobile application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. User Accounts

You may use the app as a guest or by linking a social media account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under your account.

2. Earning Rewards

Cash Shorts offers virtual rewards (Coins/Cash) for completing tasks, watching advertisements, and viewing content.

Rewards have no cash value until a successful withdrawal is processed.
We reserve the right to adjust reward rates, expiration policies, or revoke rewards obtained through fraud or technical errors.
Randomized rewards (Wheels/Chests) are generated by our proprietary algorithms based on system parameters and user activity.

3. Withdrawals

Withdrawals are subject to verification and minimum threshold requirements.

Withdrawal requests are processed according to our internal profit-margin and risk-control policies.
We reserve the right to delay or deny withdrawals if we suspect fraudulent activity, bot usage, or violation of these terms.
You are responsible for providing accurate payment information.

4. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

Use bots, emulators, or automation scripts to generate rewards.
Manipulate device identifiers or location data (VPN/Proxy).
Exploit bugs or technical vulnerabilities.
Create multiple accounts to bypass daily limits.

Violation of these rules will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all rewards.

5. Limitation of Liability

Cash Shorts is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any loss of data, rewards, or indirect damages resulting from the use of our app.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the app at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these terms or is harmful to other users or our business interests.
