In your email, please include:

• The email address associated with your Cash Shorts account.

• (Optional) Your user ID or username if known.

Processing Time: We will process your request within 7 business days. Upon completion, your account will be permanently deleted, and your personal data (including usage history and reward records) will be removed from our servers, except where retention is required by law.
