Launch the Cash App on your iPhone or Android device. Make sure you have a stable internet connection and the latest version of the app installed.
Step 2: Tap “Sign In”

Go to the Taxes tab or the main login screen and tap Sign In.
Step 3: Tap “Forgot Password?”

If you cannot log in, select “Forgot Password?”. This will start the account recovery process.
Step 4: Enter Your Registered Email or Phone Number

Provide the email or phone number linked to your Cash App account. Make sure it’s the same one you used to register your account.
Step 5: Verify Your Identity

Cash App will send a verification code to your email or phone number. Enter the code to confirm your identity.
Tip: Check your spam folder if you don’t see the email, or request a new code.
Step 6: Reset Your Password

Once verified, you’ll be prompted to create a new password. Choose a strong, secure password that you haven’t used before.
Step 7: Log In and Access Cash.app/taxes

After resetting your password, log in to Cash App. Go to the Taxes tab to continue filing your federal and state returns.
