SHORT-TERM TOURIST RENTAL

Independent end-unit apartment on the first floor, with a small grassy garden and barbecue. It consists of one bedroom with a 190x160 cm double bed, one bedroom with a bunk bed (2 beds, 190x80 cm), a living area with lounge and fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower cabin, and a covered veranda with a splendid sea view of the nearby Pittulongu beach.

Fully furnished, with independent air conditioning (heat pump) in each of the three rooms, washing machine, dishwasher, refrigerator, water reserve with pressure pump, water heater, microwave, pod coffee machine and moka, kettle, bathroom and bed linen, beach towels, beach umbrella and folding beach chairs.

The apartment is equipped with safety and prevention systems such as first aid kit, fire extinguisher, CO detector, and LPG gas detector.

Unlimited Wi-Fi and pocket WiFi, barbecue and a private reserved parking space adjacent to the entrance.

The residential/tourist area of Pittulongu is about 7 km from the center of Olbia, along the provincial road that connects Olbia to Golfo Aranci. The 18 km of coastline between the two seaside towns are dotted with beautiful beaches and crystal-clear sea, starting with the main Pittulongu beach, which is no more than 500 m from the apartment. Two more public and free beaches are less than 200 meters from the property (see attached photo).

In the area between the provincial road and the sea, where the apartment is located, there is a traffic and parking ban for heavy vehicles and caravans. Therefore, the two beaches can be reached easily and safely on foot in just a few minutes. These restrictions also ensure a quiet night’s sleep without noise disturbances.

Several bars and restaurants are within a few hundred meters, some directly on the beaches. A well-stocked minimarket is 300 m away, a pharmacy is 3 km away, and a Eurospin supermarket is 7 km away.

The city center of Olbia, the port, and the airport are all within 10 km and are connected to the neighborhood by a municipal bus service.

Also nearby: a padel court, windsurf board rentals, aquagym, and more.

From the nearby towns of Golfo Aranci and Porto San Paolo, you can take boat excursions along the northeastern coasts of Sardinia.

Porto Cervo and the Costa Smeralda are just a short drive away, and Porto Rotondo even closer.

LOCAZIONE TURISTICA BREVE

Appartamento capo schiera indipendente, primo piano, con piccolo giardino erboso e barbecue, composto da una camere con letto matrimoniale 190x160, una camera con un letto a castello da 2 posti 190x80 , zona giorno con salottino e cucina attrezzata, bagno con cabina doccia, veranda coperta con splendida vista mare sulla vicina spiaggia di Pittulongu.

Completamente arredato, con aria condizionata indipendente a pompa di calore in ognuno dei tre ambienti, lavatrice, lavastoviglie, frigorifero, riserva d'acqua con autoclave, scaldabagno, microonde, macchina caffè a cialde e moka, bollitore, biancheria da bagno e da letto, teli da spiaggia, ombrellone e sedie pieghevoli da spiaggia. 

L'appartamento è dotato di sistemi di prevenzione e sicurezza, come kit pronto soccorso, estintore, rilevatore CO, rilevatore gas GPL .

WiFi illimitato, posto auto e barbecue privato adiacente l’ingresso.

Il quartiere residenziale/turistico di Pittulongo si trova a circa 7 km dal centro di Olbia, lungo la strada provinciale che collega Olbia a Golfo Aranci; i 18 Km di costa tra le due cittadine di mare sono costellati da splendide spiagge e mare cristallino, a partire dalla spiaggia principale di Pittulongu che dista dall'appartamento non piu di 500 m. Altre due spiagge anch'esse pubbliche e libere si trovano a meno di 200 metri dalla struttura ( vedere foto allegata ).

Nella zona tra la strada provinciale e il mare, dove è ubicato l'appartamento, vige il divieto di transito e sosta per gli automezzi pesanti e roulotte, pertanto le due spiagge si possono raggiungere tranquillamente e in sicurezza a piedi in pochi minuti; i divieti consentono anche un riposo notturno senza rumori molesti.

Numerosi  bar e ristoranti si trovano nel raggio di poche centinaia di metri, alcuni sulle spiagge. Un minimarket abbastanza fornito a 300 m. , farmacia a 3 km, supermarket Eurospin a 7 Km.

Il centro città di Olbia , il porto e l'aeroporto non sono distanti più di 10 km, e sono collegati al quartiere da un servizio di autobus comunali.

Sempre nelle vicinane esiste un campo di Padel, possibilità di affittare tavole da windsurf, acquagim, etc.

Dalle vicine cittadine Golfo Aranci e Porto San Paolo si possono effettuare escursioni in barca sulle coste Nord Orientali della Sardegna.

Porto Cervo e la Costa Smeralda distano poche decine di minuti di auto, Porto Rotondo ancora meno.
