House Rules

At Casa Amalia AWP, we believe that a harmonious living environment begins with clear guidelines. Our house rules are designed to create a comfortable and respectful space for everyone. Please take a moment to familiarize yourself with them:

• Please sign in the Guest Book with complete information

• No smoking or vaping inside the house

• No food or drink in the bedrooms

• No parties, alcoholic beverages allowed

• Drug use is strictly prohibited

• Guests are expected to behave in a dignified manner. Please maintain peace and order and respect neighbors

• No unregistered guest allowed

• Do not flush feminine hygiene items, wipes, paper towels, etc in the toilet

• No loud music that causes disturbance to the neighborhood

• No pets allowed

• Make sure to return all keys in good condition by check-out time. Lost or damaged keys will be charged at P200.00 per piece. 

• Please get acquainted with all entry and exit of the facility and follow evacuation plans in case of emergency. The siren at the Municipal hall goes off at 8:00am, 12:00 noon, 1:00 pm and 5:00 pm. Don’t be alarmed, for these are just for time keeping. In case of real emergency however, like earthquake, typhoon, etc, if the siren goes off outside of these set times, please listen and follow instructions from authorities for your safety.
