At Casa Amalia AWP, we take pride in providing a delightful living experience for our residents. Our carefully curated amenities are designed to enhance your comfort, convenience, and overall well-being. Allow us to introduce you to the features that make our home truly special:

• 4 Air conditioned upstairs Bedrooms with 2 bathrooms

• 2 Bedrooms have 2 Queen beds each, 1 bedroom has 1 Queen bed and a large shared Master bathroom for the 3 rooms

• 1 Bedroom upstairs with 2 Queen beds and its own bathroom

• 2 Additional bathrooms downstairs

• Option to rent the Whole house for your family vacation, or special business meeting

• Option for room only with shared bathroom if desired

• 2 Spacious living rooms

• 2 Dining rooms, with granite center counter

• Microwave and Refrigerator is available. Make sure to turn the transformer (AVR) on and wait for the green light before using the microwave oven

• Portable stove in extended kitchen is available for boiling water and simple cooking.

• Dishwasher and Gas Range inside are not available for use.

• Washer and Dryer not available for use.

• Plates,cups, glasses, tumblers are available for use. Make sure to clean after use and put back to where they belong.

• You can use tap water for bathing, toothbrushing and boiling for coffee. Purified water is recommended and available for purchase at Avant Water refilling next door.

• We provide towels, linens, but you may bring your own if you prefer for personal reasons

• Food court is located nearby (pay as you order), beside the San Ildefonso Church.
