General Help and Guidance.

Keys and Security

A sets of keys are provided which each booking and also has a pedestrian gate keys A second set is available on request..

A safe is provided for your valuables.

A larger safe is provide in our Utility Area for larger Items if required.

SwimMing Pool 

Measures ten by five meters, 2 meters at the deepest end, one meter at the shallow.

Its is also a salt water pool and heated (currently set at 30 degrees).

We have it regularly cleaned each morning and professional cleaned once a week.

There is also an outdoor shower.

Sauna

Six persons capacity, wood burning sauna. This is available either on request or from mid/late afternoon as it takes approximately 45 mins to heat up?

Hot Tub

Consists of a five person circular tub next to our pool and outdoor lounge area.

Bedrooms

Each bedroom is approximately 5.40 sq meters.

All are on-suite, with Heated Towel Rail, our Personnel Bath Robes, TV, Coffee Machine, Safe and Full stocked Fridge.

A set of Help, Guidance and Instructions are provided.

Each as its own sunbeds and parasol for some shade.

Lounge Area Out door.

This consists of somewhere to relax and a pool table, breakfast area adjacent to the large bi-folding doors and grassed area.

Lounge Area Indoors.

Here you will find a table for breakfast, Lunch and Diner (if full board is selected). Please see our list of Recommendations if you would like to eat out and/or explore this part of Spain.

The table also forms our Board games Centre, mostly.

We also have a comfy sofa to relax on with a place to chat and or watch some entertainment. 

An extra toilet is also available.

Parking

We offer secure on -site parking.

Gardens (see our seperate  page)

In its third year and has been extensively  landscaped with a variety of Shrubs, Fruit Tress and Vegetables.  It is still a work in progress in some areas.

Dogs

We currently have three dogs that go by the name of Florence, Zarra and Micha. Florence is Cain Terrier, Florence loves everyone and every thing, Zarra is a West Highland Terrier and Micha is a Spanish rescue dog and is quite timid!
