By downloading or using CarTV ("the app"), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.
CarTV is a media player. It plays playlists, streams, media servers and video files that you add yourself. CarTV doesn't provide, host, sell or recommend any channels, streams or other content.
You're responsible for everything you add to CarTV. Only add playlists, streams, servers and files that you have the right to watch. Don't use CarTV to access content in a way that breaks the law or infringes anyone's rights.
Never watch video while driving. CarTV's car features, including Car Mode, video on the car display and screen mirroring, are meant for passengers, or for when the vehicle is parked. Always follow local traffic laws. You use CarTV in a vehicle at your own risk.
CarTV can connect to services run by others, such as IPTV providers and Jellyfin, Emby or Plex servers. We don't control those services and aren't responsible for their content, availability or terms.
We may change, update or stop parts of CarTV at any time. Streams may stop working for reasons outside our control, such as a provider going offline.
CarTV is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the app or of content you play with it.
