This Privacy Policy governs the manner in which BMI Calculator collects, uses, maintains, and discloses information collected from users (each, a "User") of the mobile application.
Our primary goal is to provide a fully functional BMI calculation tool that respects your privacy by minimizing data collection.
We do not collect, store, or share any Personal Identification Information (PII) from our Users. This includes, but is not limited to:

Email addresses
Phone numbers
Geographic location (GPS)
Unique device identifiers that can be linked to your identity
Data Processed: The App requires you to manually enter your Weight and Height to perform the Body Mass Index (BMI) calculation.
Data Usage: This data is used only for the local calculation of your BMI score.
Data Storage: Your entered Weight and Height data is not stored, saved, or transmitted outside of your device. The inputs are cleared when the app is closed or when you switch the unit system.
Current Status: Currently, the App does not use analytics or third-party tracking services.
Future Policy: If the App ever incorporates third-party services (such as Firebase Analytics or AdMob) that collect non-personal data (e.g., crash reports, device OS version, general usage statistics), this section will be updated immediately. Any such data will remain anonymized and cannot be used to identify you personally.
The BMI Calculator App is a standalone mobile application and does not use cookies or similar web tracking technologies. Since no user data is transferred to a web server, traditional web tracking mechanisms are irrelevant to the App's operation.
The App does not share, sell, trade, or rent any User information to third parties.
The App contains a link to an external website for the Privacy Policy and potentially other educational resources (the "Learn More About BMI" button). If you click on a third-party link, you will be directed to that site. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites or services.
This App is intended for a general audience. We do not knowingly collect personal identifiable information from children under 13. Given that we do not collect any personal data from anyone, we are in compliance with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). If a parent or guardian becomes aware that their child has provided us with personal information, they should contact us immediately.
We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Effective Date" at the top of this policy. You are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes.
