Terms of Service

When purchasing a commission from me, you automatically agree to these terms whether you have read them or not. If any of these terms are violated, you get added to my blacklist and will be barred from commissioning me in the future. Depending on which terms you violated, your listing can possibly be appealed in the future.

 Consider reading these terms carefully before commissioning me.

Payment

• All payments must be USD or EUR and must be received through PayPal. If you happen to be from The Netherlands, I will accept EUR payments through iDEAL.

• A PayPal.me link will be provided so you can pay for your commission.

• Payment up front, only exceptions to this rule are frequent customers whom I trust.

• If orders exceed 100$, we can discuss a payment plan if immediate payment is not possible.

• A chargeback for artwork that has been finished will result in a permanent blacklisting.

Process

• I like to keep in touch with a customer about their commission, so I'll be asking for your Discord for easy communication. Through there, I will send you previews, ask questions or give you updates on your commission's progress.

• Changes are possible in the sketching, lineart and coloring phase, as each phase can may require different changes. 

• Canvas size is 500 x 500 at minimum and 2500 x 2500 at maximum. My drawing programs are unable to handle big files.

Use

• You may use the commissioned work for personal use. 

• You may upload my work to your social media accounts as long as you credit me for the creation.

• You may not use my artwork commercially, I still hold the rights attached to the finished artwork. Exceptions can be made if you commission me to design you merch or a custom character. 

• You may not alter my work.

• You may not remove the watermark from my work. 

• Once a commission is finished, I upload it to Newgrounds or FA. If you wish to keep it private, a non-disclosurel fee will be charged. 

• I hold the rights over any rejected sketches and am allowed to reuse them for future use.

• You may NOT turn my art into NFTs or feed it to AI modules, it'll get you perma-barred from my commissions.

Refunds/Cancellation

• You may issue a refund before or during the sketching stage. You get 50% of the price you paid refunded during the sketching stage and a full refund if nothing has been worked on. 

• After the sketching stage, you can no longer issue a refund.
