CarServicing – Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using CarServicing ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. The App is operated by Yehonatan Ohayon, 4 HaNurit St., Even Shmuel, Israel ("we", "us"). If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

CarServicing is a personal vehicle maintenance tracking tool. It lets you log services, fuel, and mileage; receive reminders; scan receipts and documents using AI; get recommended service intervals; check for safety recalls (Israel only); estimate your current mileage; and generate PDF reports for your own records.

3. Accounts

You may use the App as a Guest or by signing in with Google or Apple. Guest data is stored in an anonymous account on our servers; if you sign out of a guest account or delete the App, that data cannot be recovered. You are responsible for safeguarding access to your account and for all activity under it.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the App — including attempting to interfere with its normal operation, reverse-engineer it, or use it to store or transmit unlawful content. Only scan or upload documents you are entitled to use.

5. AI-Generated Content

Information extracted or suggested by the App's AI features — including data read from receipts, registration documents, and recommended maintenance intervals — is provided for convenience only and may be inaccurate or incomplete. Intervals labeled "Official" were matched to a manufacturer or official importer source found online, but may still differ from the schedule for your specific vehicle; all other intervals are estimates. Always verify important details against your vehicle's owner manual and your original documents. We are not responsible for decisions made in reliance on AI-generated content.

6. PDF Reports

PDF reports generated by the App are for personal organization only. They are not official receipts, invoices, or legal documents, and carry no warranty as to accuracy or completeness.

7. Subscriptions

Certain features (tracking more than one vehicle, unlimited AI receipt scans, and an ad-free experience) require a paid subscription, billed monthly or yearly (depending on the plan you choose) through the Apple App Store or Google Play. Payment is charged to your store account when you confirm the purchase, or when a free trial ends. Yearly plans may include a free trial; to avoid being charged, cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends. Subscriptions renew automatically at the same price and for the same period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime from Settings → Account → Manage Subscription, or directly in your App Store / Google Play account settings.

The free plan includes ads, one unlocked vehicle and a limited number of AI receipt scans per month (currently 2); additional scans can be unlocked by choosing to watch a rewarded ad. If your subscription ends or changes to a smaller plan, vehicles beyond the plan's limit are locked: you choose once which vehicles stay unlocked, the data of locked vehicles is kept, and you can still view their history and export it as a PDF, but not edit them; reminders are sent only for unlocked vehicles.

Refunds are handled by Apple or Google according to their own policies, and refund requests are submitted through them. If you need help exercising a cancellation right, contact us and we will assist. Nothing in these Terms limits any right you have under mandatory consumer law, including, for consumers in Israel, the right to cancel under the Consumer Protection Law, 5741-1981.

8. Intellectual Property

The App's design, code, and branding belong to us. Your vehicle data remains yours — we do not claim ownership of the information you enter.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose. CarServicing is an organizational tool that provides general information only; it is not professional mechanical, legal or insurance advice. Maintenance intervals, statuses (such as "OK" or "Due soon") and reminders are based on data entered by you or read by AI and on general or estimated intervals, and may be inaccurate. Reminders depend on your device, notification settings and network, and may be delayed or not delivered. You remain solely responsible for your vehicle's safety and maintenance and for meeting inspection, insurance, licensing and any other legal deadlines. Recall information comes from the Israeli Ministry of Transport's open database, may be delayed, incomplete or inaccurate, and does not replace contacting the official importer. Estimated mileage is a calculation based on your own data. Always follow your manufacturer's manual and a qualified mechanic's advice.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including reliance on AI-generated data, reminders or maintenance suggestions.

11. Termination

You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time. Deleting your account does not cancel an active subscription — cancel it in your store account settings. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.

12. Governing Law and International Use

CarServicing is available to users worldwide, and these Terms are written to apply consistently regardless of your country of residence. We do not designate an exclusive court or jurisdiction for disputes. Except where a mandatory consumer protection law in your own country grants you rights that cannot be waived by agreement, these Terms are governed by generally applicable principles of contract law, and nothing here limits any non-waivable statutory rights you hold under the law of your own country.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Significant changes will be announced in the App. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

2. תיאור השירות

CarServicing הינה כלי אישי למעקב אחר תחזוקת רכב. היא מאפשרת לך לתעד טיפולים, תדלוקים וקילומטראז'; לקבל תזכורות; לסרוק קבלות ומסמכים באמצעות AI; לקבל המלצות על מרווחי טיפולים; לבדוק ריקולים (ישראל בלבד); להעריך את הקילומטראז' הנוכחי; וליצור דוחות PDF לתיעוד האישי שלך.

3. חשבונות

ניתן להשתמש באפליקציה כאורח או באמצעות התחברות עם Google או Apple. נתוני אורח נשמרים בחשבון אנונימי בשרתים שלנו; אם תתנתק מחשבון אורח או תמחק את האפליקציה, לא ניתן יהיה לשחזר אותם. אתה אחראי לשמירה על הגישה לחשבונך ועל כל הפעילות המתבצעת תחתיו.

4. שימוש מותר

אתה מסכים שלא לעשות שימוש לרעה באפליקציה — לרבות ניסיון להפריע לפעולתה התקינה, הנדסה לאחור שלה, או שימוש בה לאחסון או העברת תוכן בלתי חוקי. יש לסרוק או להעלות רק מסמכים שאתה רשאי להשתמש בהם.

5. תוכן שנוצר על ידי AI

מידע שחולץ או הוצע על ידי תכונות ה-AI של האפליקציה — כולל נתונים שנקראו מקבלות, ממסמכי רישוי, ומרווחי תחזוקה מומלצים — ניתן לנוחיותך בלבד ועלול להיות לא מדויק או חלקי. מרווחים שמסומנים "רשמי" הותאמו למקור של היצרן או של היבואן הרשמי שנמצא באינטרנט, אך עשויים להיות שונים מהלוח של הרכב הספציפי שלך. כל שאר המרווחים הם הערכה. יש לוודא תמיד פרטים חשובים מול ספר הרכב והמסמכים המקוריים שלך. איננו אחראים להחלטות שהתקבלו בהסתמך על תוכן שנוצר על ידי AI.

6. דוחות PDF

דוחות PDF שנוצרים על ידי האפליקציה מיועדים לארגון אישי בלבד. אלו אינם קבלות, חשבוניות או מסמכים רשמיים, ואינם נושאים כל אחריות לדיוק או שלמות.

7. מנויים

תכונות מסוימות (מעקב אחר יותר מרכב אחד, סריקות AI של קבלות ללא הגבלה וחוויה ללא פרסומות) דורשות מנוי בתשלום, המחויב מדי חודש או מדי שנה (לפי המסלול שבחרת) דרך App Store של Apple או Google Play. התשלום מחויב בחשבון החנות שלך עם אישור הרכישה, או בסיום תקופת ניסיון. מסלולים שנתיים עשויים לכלול תקופת ניסיון חינם; כדי שלא תחויב, יש לבטל לפחות 24 שעות לפני סיומה. המנוי מתחדש אוטומטית באותו מחיר ולאותה תקופה, אלא אם בוטל לפחות 24 שעות לפני סיום התקופה הנוכחית. ניתן לנהל או לבטל את המנוי בכל עת דרך הגדרות ← חשבון ← ניהול המנוי, או ישירות בהגדרות חשבון ה-App Store / Google Play שלך.

המסלול החינמי כולל פרסומות, רכב פתוח אחד ומספר מוגבל של סריקות קבלה בחודש (כרגע 2); ניתן לפתוח סריקות נוספות על ידי צפייה בפרסומת תגמול, לפי בחירתך. אם המנוי מסתיים או מוחלף במסלול קטן יותר, רכבים מעבר למכסת המסלול ננעלים: אתה בוחר פעם אחת אילו רכבים יישארו פתוחים, הנתונים של הרכבים הנעולים נשמרים, ועדיין ניתן לצפות בהיסטוריה שלהם ולייצא אותה ל-PDF, אך לא לערוך אותם; תזכורות נשלחות רק לרכבים פתוחים.

החזרים כספיים מטופלים על ידי Apple או Google בהתאם למדיניות שלהם, ובקשות להחזר מוגשות דרכם. אם תזדקק לעזרה במימוש זכות ביטול, פנה אלינו ונסייע. אין באמור בתנאים אלה כדי לגרוע מזכות העומדת לך לפי דין צרכני מחייב, לרבות, לצרכנים בישראל, הזכות לבטל עסקה לפי חוק הגנת הצרכן, התשמ"א-1981.

8. קניין רוחני

העיצוב, הקוד והמיתוג של האפליקציה שייכים לנו. נתוני הרכב שלך נשארים שלך — איננו טוענים לבעלות על המידע שאתה מזין.

9. כתב ויתור מאחריות

האפליקציה מסופקת "כפי שהיא" ו"כפי שזמינה", ללא כל אחריות מכל סוג, מפורשת או משתמעת, לרבות דיוק, אמינות או התאמה למטרה מסוימת. CarServicing היא כלי לארגון ותיעוד בלבד ומספקת מידע כללי; אין בה ייעוץ מקצועי מכני, משפטי או ביטוחי. מרווחי הטיפולים, הסטטוסים (כגון "תקין" או "בקרוב") והתזכורות מבוססים על נתונים שהזנת או שקרא ה-AI ועל מרווחים כלליים או מוערכים, ועלולים להיות לא מדויקים. התזכורות תלויות במכשיר, בהגדרות ההתראות וברשת, ועלולות להתעכב או לא להגיע. האחריות לבטיחות הרכב ולתחזוקתו, ולעמידה במועדי טסט, ביטוח, רישוי וכל מועד חוקי אחר, היא שלך בלבד. מידע הריקולים מגיע מהמאגר הפתוח של משרד התחבורה, עשוי להתעכב או להיות חלקי או לא מדויק, ואינו מחליף פנייה ליבואן הרשמי. הקילומטראז' המשוער הוא חישוב המבוסס על הנתונים שלך בלבד. יש לפעול תמיד לפי ספר היצרן והמלצת מכונאי מוסמך.

10. הגבלת אחריות

במידה המרבית המותרת על פי חוק, איננו אחראים לכל נזק עקיף, מקרי או תוצאתי הנובע משימושך באפליקציה, לרבות הסתמכות על נתונים, תזכורות או הצעות תחזוקה שנוצרו על ידי AI.

11. סיום

תוכל להפסיק את השימוש באפליקציה ולמחוק את חשבונך בכל עת. מחיקת החשבון אינה מבטלת מנוי פעיל — יש לבטל אותו בהגדרות חשבון החנות. אנו עשויים להשעות או לסיים גישה בגין הפרות של תנאים אלה.

12. דין חל ושימוש בינלאומי

CarServicing זמינה למשתמשים ברחבי העולם, ותנאים אלה נכתבו כך שיחולו באופן עקבי ללא קשר למדינת מגוריך. איננו קובעים בית משפט או סמכות שיפוט בלעדיים ליישוב מחלוקות. למעט במקרים שבהם חוק הגנת צרכן מחייב במדינתך מעניק לך זכויות שאינן ניתנות לוויתור בהסכם, תנאים אלה כפופים לעקרונות כלליים של דיני חוזים, ושום דבר כאן אינו מגביל זכויות סטטוטוריות שאינן ניתנות לוויתור העומדות לך לפי דיני מדינתך.

13. שינויים בתנאים אלה

אנו עשויים לעדכן תנאים אלה מעת לעת. על שינויים מהותיים נודיע באפליקציה. המשך השימוש באפליקציה לאחר כניסת השינויים לתוקף מהווה הסכמה.
