HOW TO DELETE YOUR ACCOUNT

Option 1 – In the app (immediate)

1. Open CarServicing.

2. Tap the gear icon (Settings) at the top of the home screen.

3. Scroll down and tap "Delete Account".

4. Confirm. Your account and all of its data are deleted immediately.

Option 2 – By email (if you can't access the app)

Send an email to gyohay25@gmail.com from your account's email address, with the subject "Delete my account". We will verify the request and delete your account and all of its data within 30 days.

WHAT IS DELETED

- Your account details (name, email address, user ID)

- All vehicles, service records, maintenance items, fuel records and reminders

- All receipt images, vehicle registration documents and vehicle photos

- Your notification token and your subscription record in our systems

WHAT IS KEPT

- We do not keep any of your data after deletion. Deleted data may remain in encrypted server backups for up to 30 days, after which it is permanently overwritten.

- Subscription purchase records are kept by Apple / Google under their own policies. Deleting your account does NOT cancel an active subscription – cancel it in your App Store / Google Play subscription settings.

DELETE ONLY SOME OF YOUR DATA (WITHOUT DELETING YOUR ACCOUNT)

You can delete specific data at any time inside the app:

1. A vehicle: on the home screen, swipe the vehicle card to the side and tap the trash icon. This deletes the vehicle together with all of its services, fuel records, receipts and documents.

2. A service record: open the vehicle and tap the trash icon on the service card.

3. A fuel record: open the vehicle's fuel log and tap the trash icon on the record.

4. A receipt image: open the service for editing and tap the trash icon on the image.

Deleted items are removed from our servers immediately (encrypted backups may keep them for up to 30 days).

איך מוחקים את החשבון

אפשרות 1 – מתוך האפליקציה (מיידי)

1. פתחו את CarServicing.

2. לחצו על סמל גלגל השיניים (הגדרות) בראש מסך הבית.

3. גללו למטה ולחצו על "מחיקת חשבון".

4. אשרו. החשבון וכל הנתונים שלו נמחקים מיד.

אפשרות 2 – באימייל (אם אין לכם גישה לאפליקציה)

שלחו אימייל לכתובת gyohay25@gmail.com מכתובת האימייל של החשבון, עם הנושא "מחיקת חשבון". נאמת את הבקשה ונמחק את החשבון וכל הנתונים שלו תוך 30 יום.

מה נמחק

- פרטי החשבון (שם, כתובת אימייל, מזהה משתמש)

- כל הרכבים, הטיפולים, פריטי התחזוקה, התדלוקים והתזכורות

- כל תמונות הקבלות, רישיונות הרכב ותמונות הרכבים

- מזהה ההתראות ורשומת המנוי במערכות שלנו

מה נשמר

- אחרי המחיקה איננו שומרים אף נתון שלכם. נתונים שנמחקו עשויים להישאר בגיבויים מוצפנים של השרת עד 30 יום, ואז הם נדרסים לצמיתות.

- רשומות רכישת מנויים נשמרות אצל Apple / Google לפי המדיניות שלהן. מחיקת החשבון אינה מבטלת מנוי פעיל – יש לבטל אותו בהגדרות המנויים של App Store / Google Play.

מחיקת חלק מהנתונים בלבד (בלי למחוק את החשבון)

אפשר למחוק בכל עת נתונים מסוימים מתוך האפליקציה:

1. רכב: במסך הבית החליקו את כרטיס הרכב הצידה ולחצו על סמל הפח. הרכב נמחק יחד עם כל הטיפולים, התדלוקים, הקבלות והמסמכים שלו.

2. טיפול: פתחו את הרכב ולחצו על סמל הפח בכרטיס הטיפול.

3. תדלוק: פתחו את יומן התדלוקים של הרכב ולחצו על סמל הפח ברשומה.

4. תמונת קבלה: פתחו את הטיפול לעריכה ולחצו על סמל הפח שעל התמונה.

פריטים שנמחקו מוסרים מהשרתים שלנו מיד (גיבויים מוצפנים עשויים לשמור אותם עד 30 יום).
