Our office only provides physical examination and blood work required by USCIS. Thereby, candidates should bring updated immunization and to the appointment.

COVID-19 - MUST COMPLETE 1ST AND 2ND DOSE

Varicella
Hepatitis B - required for age 0- to 59-year-olds.
Tdap - every 10 year
Poliovirus (IPV) - 3-dose promary series
Influenza - required if you are doing medical exam between October to March.
Pneumococcal- required only if age 65 and older.
For students (up to college students): Ask your school for immunization records
