Our swimming pool is 3-6 feet deep and directly behind the clubhouse. It boasts an attractive brick deck, lounge chairs, and tables with umbrellas and is gated for private community use. The pool opens for the season April 1st - October 1st with operating hours sunrise to sunset. There are also a grilling area located nearby for convenience.

The fitness room provides residents a place to focus on health and fitness without the additional costs of a monthly gym fee.  It contains free weights, an all-inclusive weight machine, two treadmills, a rowing machine, an elliptical machine, a stationary bike, and a pull-up board. 

The clubhouse has a kitchen including a refrigerator, microwave, sink and plenty of counter space.  Residents may rent it for small events or gatherings. There is a $50 refundable deposit and a $100 rental fee. Please contact carolinacovehoa@gmail.com for more information or to reserve your date.

We have spacious and well-maintained grounds with mature trees and beautiful landscaping.  Multiple pet stations are located throughout the property as a courtesy to our furry friends and their owners.​ There is also a dog park for pets to run around and play off leash.

We have a fenced-in playground along the back of the property perfect for small children to play in. It contains swings, a wooden playhouse with a slide, and a small cement basketball court for shooting hoops. 

​Community recycling bins are located within the enclosures housing the dumpsters. These bins accept plastic, cardboard, and paper for mixed recycling. Please visit the Charleston County Environmental Management page for information about what can be recycled. ​
