Homeowners Association Board of Directors
The Carolina Cove Home Owners Association (HOA) is composed of homeowners from 104 privately owned units in the community. The Board of Directors (BOD) for the HOA is composed of 3-5 homeowners in the community who volunteer 3 years of their time to serve on the board. The Board of Directors meets monthly or quarterly to discuss community issues, plan for projects and review financials for the community. The HOA also has an annual meeting in the fall open to all homeowners where new Directors are elected. If you are interested in getting involved in the HOA or being a member of the Board of Directors, please reach out and contact us!
Board of Director Meetings: The first 30 minutes of each meeting is open to all homeowners for general information and questions. During the second half of board meetings, the Board will go into executive session to discuss HOA dues and fines. This part of the meeting will be closed to protect the privacy of homeowners. Meeting minutes of each board meeting are posted and available on the Sentry Management portal for the community.
Annual Meeting: The annual homeowners’ meeting is held each Fall in the Clubhouse. During this meeting, homeowners have the opportunity to ask questions of the Board and the community association manager, receive updates on community spending, vote on new regulations and meet neighbors.
