Over the course, you'll learn basic technique, posture and alignment, hip movements and shimmies, arm patterns, rhythm and musicality — plus a beginner-friendly choreography that you can perform at our student showcase on November 21. Participation in the showcase is completely optional.

✨ Starting Isis wings in September!
This group has been dancing together since the spring, but in September we're starting something completely new — Isis wings. Everyone begins from zero, so it's a great time to join us.

Best if you've trained in other dance styles, are coming back after a break, or have some belly dance experience already.

INTERMEDIATE BELLY DANCE LEVEL - VEILS.

For dancers who already have belly dance training and are ready to go deeper. We're working on veil technique — turns, wraps, framing, and how to make the fabric move with you instead of fighting you. It's one of the most beautiful skills in this dance and one of the most satisfying to finally get right.

You'll learn basic technique, posture, hip movements and shimmies, and how to move with the music — all at a pace that lets you actually get it.

A women's class, open to all ages, all body types, and all fitness levels. No experience needed, no costume needed.
