IB Personal & Professional skills

WHAT IS PPS?

The IBCP PPS course was created by IB to promote essential skills that will be needed in the future to help thrive in college or the workforce.

There are five pillars of the course which consist of:

Personal Development
Intercultural Understanding
Effective Communication
Thinking Process
Applied Ethics

These skills are not only essential for this program but could be used to succeed in any field.

The PPS course enables students to apply their learning to the community by doing service learning and analyzing an ethical issue related to their career-related study through a reflective project.
