T∙h∙e  Carlyn Square Association has two ongoing contracts. One is for grounds maintenance with Premium Lawn and Landscaping of Fairfax, VA and another for legal representation by a Fairfax firm that specializes in property owners association law, Chadwick, Washington, Moriarty, Elmore & Bunn P.C.
