Submissions should be for individual paper presentations which will be organized into thematic panels. Please send a title and abstract, of up to 250 words through the Submission Form, by Friday, January 9, 2026. Papers are due to discussants by February 12, 2026. All submissions should include the full name of the presenter as well as their departmental and institutional affiliation.
We invite PhD and master's students from any university and all relevant disciplines with original research ideas to submit proposals. This includes, but is not limited to, the disciplines of Political Science, International Relations, Comparative Politics, Critical Race and Gender Studies, Political Theory, Canadian Politics, Development Studies, Political Economy, and Public Policy.
Although this conference will primarily, be held in-person, we will consider a limited number of hybrid or virtual presentations. First-round submissions will be considered first and are eligible to receive acceptance to the conference by mid-January. There is also a second round of submissions that is open until January 23, 2026.
