Eligible Participants
All Cubs/Beavers registered in a Pack/Colony for the Scouting year are eligible to participate in the Rally. This is a Pack/Colony event in which Cubs/Beavers are to be supervised by Pack/Colony Scouters (meeting ratio requirements). Pack/Colony Scouters are responsible for their youth and for having the appropriate paperwork completed and on hand (Registration Form/Physical Fitness Form for each youth and adult member and approved Outdoor Activity Application).
Cubs/Beavers who would like to participate but belong to a Pack/Colony which will not be registering as a group, can register as a sole participant being supervised by their parent(s). A registration form will need to be completed showing name(s) of Cub/Beaver and parent and indicating 'P' for Parent. Supervising Parents are required to complete the necessary paperwork and have on hand for event (Physical Fitness Form for Non-Members, Individual Release and Hold Harmless Agreement and Code of Conduct) for themselves and a copy of their Cubs/Beaver registration form. Lone youth may be joined up with a registered group for racing purposes.
