報名須知及注意事項

報名方法：

1.      方法一 – 親臨中心報名

• 參加者可於中心報名日或該日期後親臨本中心報名。

2.      方法二 – 網上報名

Notes for Enrolments:

Programme/ Group/ Course can be enrolled in 2 ways:

1.      In person

• —  Enroll in person during or after the Centre’s enrollment day

2.  Online enrollment

• — Scan the QR code of the programme by smartphone, fill in and submit the Google enrolment form online.

• — Online applicants should finish the programme fee payment within 3 working days at the time of enrollment.

• The enrollment is invalid if the online applicant fails to finish the programme fee payment within 3 working days. The programme quota will be transferred to applicant on waiting list without prior notice.

•  Centre has absolute discretion to determine the eligibility of enrolment.

Remarks:

• Due to limited quota, course and activity enrolment process is on a first-come-first-serve basis.

• The applicant should be the same person of attending the activity.
