We are a community dedicated to improving student mental well-being on college campuses.

With rising diagnoses of mental illness among college students, CARES focuses on improving student mental well-being in 3 ways:

    1. Prevent Onset of Mental Illness: We integrate wellness services with student life to teach students skills for emotional resilience.
    2. Provide Accurate Mental Health Education: We empower students by educating them on the available resources in their community.
    3. Identify Best Practices: We validate what we teach to determine the best practices for maintaining student mental well-being.
