As Esports evolves, so does its ecosystem. There is a whole crew of background actors responsible for the front-stage performance that the players are able to display. These include but are not limited to: coaches, managers, organizers, technicians, marketing, journalists, and analysts. One can find a job in the Esports industry that has absolutely nothing to do with playing games, as each other member is still a crucial part of the organization.

Esports Coaches manage a team or individual players along with scheduling, handling equipment acquisition, and developing long-term strategies for other Esports programs.
Shoutcasters provide commentary on competitions or host them on stage. They work at a desk, in a studio, or present tournaments on stage.
Marketing invests in advertising, strategizes around the target audience, and uses tools and other mediums like the internet spread advertising in order to gain popularity or hype.
IT Managers help in the coordinating, planning, and leading computer-related activities. They determine the IT needs and implement them into computer systems.
