"These are some of my takeaways from the course - 

1) There are quite a lot of things which we usually don't pay much attention to being developers that become very important to be conscious about when in manager's shoes. example - ice breaking capabilities, maintain balance of emotions when talking to other people in the workplace.

2) In one of lecture, I learned a mini framework to document and work with a mentor/manager to improve on the shortcomings wrt skills needed for management track. 

3) By the end of the lectures I was able to get a small glimpse of the world that is management track - what to expect there and how to better prepare ourselves for it.
