Welcome!

My name is Dhirendra Sinha. 

I have taught several course in the past like Algorithms and Data Structures and Big Data, Hadoop and Mapreduce. Currently I am teaching two courses namely - System Design and Transition to Management. 

I also do mock interviews for coding, system design and behavioral rounds.

I did my undergraduate from IIT Guwahati and MS from Texas A&M University. I have worked at few early stage startups and late stage startups and at big companies like Oracle and Yahoo. Currently I am an Engineering Leader at Google managing a few teams.

My teaching philosophy

I love teaching. I always strive to add value and be a catalyst in people's career through my way of teaching. I encourage questions and give assignments as well. 

Given a challenge or a question - whats your first instinctive thought? I take that thought and walk with you and play it along to see what outcome it possibly can have and then, together with you, try to modify that initial instinct to have better results.
