[About the Role]
Construction Project Management Professionals for U.S.-Based Korean Manufacturing Mega-Projects (Semiconductor, Battery)
HanmiGlobal is hiring Construction Project Management (CM/PM) professionals to support large-scale Korean conglomerate manufacturing investments across the United States, including semiconductor fabs, EV battery plants, and hyperscale data centers. Successful candidates will be deployed to active U.S. project sites and play a key role in delivering world-class facilities on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality and safety standards.
Manage project scope, schedule, cost, quality, and safety throughout the project lifecycle
Coordinate between the Korean project owner, U.S. local contractors, designers, and authorities having jurisdiction (AHJ)
Lead or support discipline-specific engineering reviews (architectural, mechanical, electrical, civil/structural)
Conduct construction supervision, progress monitoring, and quality/safety inspections on site
Manage contracts, change orders, RFIs, submittals, and project documentation
Report progress and risks to the project owner and HanmiGlobal HQ
Location : United States (multiple project sites)
Job Type & Pay Range :
Full-Time
Pay Range: $70,000 - $130,000 per year. Final compensation determined based on candidate's experience, qualifications, project assignment, and assigned location.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant engineering or architectural discipline
Minimum 3 years of relevant industry experience
Professional working proficiency in English; Korean proficiency strongly preferred
Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
Willingness to be assigned to U.S. project sites on a long-term basis
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with semiconductor, battery, data center, or other high-tech industrial facility projects
Familiarity with U.S. construction codes, standards, and permitting processes
PE, PMP, LEED, or equivalent professional certifications
Prior experience working with Korean conglomerate clients (Samsung, SK, Hyundai, LG, etc.)
