By downloading, installing, or using Car Dash ("the App"), developed by Deffy Games, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
You may use Car Dash for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You agree not to reverse-engineer, decompile, modify, or redistribute the App or any part of it.
Car Dash may offer optional in-app purchases and subscriptions. All purchases are final and processed through the Google Play billing system, subject to Google Play's own refund and billing policies. We do not process or store your payment information directly.
The App displays advertisements served through Google AdMob, including banner ads and rewarded video ads. Rewarded ads may grant in-game rewards (such as revives or boosters) in exchange for viewing an ad. Ad content is served by Google and third-party ad networks, not chosen or controlled by us.
You agree not to use the App for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the App's functionality or interfere with any other party's use of the App.
All content in the App, including graphics, code, and design, is the property of Deffy Games unless otherwise stated. You may not copy, reproduce, or use this content outside of normal use of the App.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee the App will be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Deffy Games shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the App.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to other users or the App.
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
