Deffy Games ("we," "us," or "our") operates the mobile game Car Dash (the "App"). This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of information when you use our App.

How to Delete Your Car Dash Account and Data
If you signed in to Car Dash using Google Play Games, you can request deletion of your account and associated data by following these steps:
Open the Google Play Games app or go to your Google Account settings at myaccount.google.com.
Navigate to "Data & privacy" → "Apps with access to your account."
Find Car Dash in the list and select "Remove access" to disconnect the app from your Google account.
Uninstall the Car Dash app from your device.
Once these steps are completed, your Google Play Games sign-in link to Car Dash is removed, and any gameplay data associated with your account (such as saved progress, coins, and leaderboard scores tied to your account) will no longer be accessible or retained.
Data retention note: Anonymous, non-personally-identifiable data (such as aggregated analytics or advertising identifiers) may be retained by third-party services (Firebase, Google AdMob) in accordance with their own privacy policies, and is not directly tied to your personal identity.

By downloading, installing, or using Car Dash ("the App"), developed by Deffy Games, you agree to these Terms of Service.
You may use Car Dash for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You agree not to reverse-engineer, modify, or redistribute the App.
Car Dash may offer optional in-app purchases and subscriptions. All purchases are final and processed through the Google Play billing system, subject to Google Play's refund policies.
The App displays advertisements served through Google AdMob, including rewarded ads that may grant in-game rewards in exchange for viewing an ad.
You agree not to use the App for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the App's functionality.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee the App will be error-free or uninterrupted.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Deffy Games shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
