Join me to explore different mindfulness and meditation techniques on the 2nd Tuesday of every month in partnership with the Benbrook Public Library.

Session Format:
We begin each session with a brief overview of the basics of a mindfulness or awareness practice. (10-15 minutes)
Next, I guide the group in 1-2 meditation techniques to allow participants to experience this practice. We will reflect and share throughout the session (45-50 minutes)
All are welcome to join, no matter your level of experience with mindfulness.
