About
I am a graduate from the MA Folk Studies Program at Western Kentucky University, with a concentration in Public Folklore. I graduated from Edinboro University of Pennsylvania in 2015 with a BA in Anthropology and Philosophy.
I am interested in community outreach programs in environment, agriculture, folk art, gender, public folklore, and conservation. I have worked with students, refugee communities, museum visitors, gardeners and farmers in my research and work so far.
I have been trained to use ethnographic methods in my research with people and in archives, and I have conducted interviews, compiled documents for a digital archive, and transcribed recorded interviews.
