My friend Karen asked me if I could make a clay stamp for her that she could use on some of the pottery she makes. She designed the stamp and I created the model for it and printed it out for her.
This is one of the pictures that Karen sent me with the dimensions she wanted.
This is what Karen wanted the actual stamp to look like.
To create this model, I made the actual stamp part in Illustrator and exported it as an SVG.
I modeled the rest of the stamp in Bambu Studio since it was a really simple shape-- it's just a cylinder, really.
I did put the stamp design on the top so that you can tell what the stamp is and what way it is oriented.
This is what the actual stamp part looked like.
I added lines along the side that indicate the top, bottom, and midline to make it easier to to use accurately.
This is what the stamp looks like in clay.
I wanted to make a stamp that I could use on packaging for my small business. I used my logo as the design and got the handle model from Thingiverse.
I added a flat base to the Thingiverse handle model and printed the whole thing out.
This is what the stamp looks like printed out.
I cut out my logo on sticker foam using my Cricut. I then stuck the foam onto the stamp.
