Car Sync Connect ("Car Sync Connect", "the App")

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Car Sync Connect. By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy and EULA. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
1. The App
Car Sync Connect is a mobile application that provides a digital driving cockpit experience and related features, which may include:
- Driving Mode dashboard themes
- GPS speed / cluster
- Maps and nearby places
- Smart Assist diagnosis helpers
- System Music Now Playing and Trip Stats
- Weather (WeatherKit / Weather) and communications shortcuts (calls, messages, WhatsApp, FaceTime)
- Optional automatic opening of the dashboard when your iPhone is on a car audio route (Auto Sync), subject to your settings and device capabilities
Car Sync Connect is an independent app. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Apple Inc. Apple, FaceTime, App Store, and related marks are trademarks of Apple Inc.
Car Sync Connect is not a replacement for a vehicle's built-in systems or OEM diagnostics. Drive safely and obey traffic laws.
2. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Misrepresent the App as an official Apple, OEM, or dealership product;
- Use Assist, maps, or communications features in a manner that violates law or endangers safety.
3. Premium
Premium is sold via Apple In-App Purchase. Access to Premium is tied to your App Store / Apple ID purchase and related entitlement systems.
4. Third-Party Content
The App may display Now Playing information from Apple’s Music / media frameworks when available. We do not provide unauthorized in-app audio/video streaming from third-party catalogs.

THE APP IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND.
