For the safety of our guests and the well-being of our animals, please review and follow these terms and conditions during your visit. Your cooperation ensures a fun and safe environment for everyone.
Supervision: For safety, all small children must be supervised by an adult at all times. Please do not leave children unattended.
Hygiene: For your health and the animals' well-being, please wash your hands thoroughly before and after all animal interactions.
Animal Welfare: Please do not engage in any behavior that may startle or harm the animals, such as putting your hands near their mouths or faces. Do not feed the animals anything other than the food provided by Capy's Commune staff.
Staff Permission: Do not place your hands inside cages or enclosures, or engage in any activity with the animals without the direct permission and supervision of our staff.
No Outside Animals: For the safety and health of our residents, please do not bring any personal pets, including service animals, into the park. This rule helps prevent stress, territorial conflicts, and the potential transmission of diseases between animals.
No Running or Loud Noises: Please walk calmly and keep your voice at a low level. Sudden movements and loud sounds can startle our animals and may cause them to become agitated or hide.
Designated Food & Drink Areas: To maintain a clean and safe environment for our animals, all food and beverages purchased in the cafe must be consumed in the designated cafe seating area. Please do not bring any outside food or drinks into the animal areas.
Report Concerns: If you notice an animal appearing distressed or unwell, or if you see a fellow guest not following the rules, please inform a staff member immediately. Your help ensures the well-being of our animal family.
Time Increments: Your admission fee is based on 60-minute increments. Please be aware that you may not extend your time due to park capacity limits and to allow the next group of guest to visit.
Photography Only: Only still photography is permitted inside the park.
No Flash or Video: To avoid startling the animals, please refrain from using flash photography or video recording.
While we strive to provide a safe and secure environment, Capy's commune cannot be held responsible for the following:
