Payment for services is due on the day of filming. We accept bank transfers and cash as methods of payment.
Bank Transfers: Payment must be completed on the day of filming. Our bank transfer details will be provided on the invoice sent prior to the scheduled service. Please ensure that payment is made and that the invoice number is used as a reference to avoid delays in processing.
Cash Payments: Cash payments must be made in person on the day of filming before the service begins, unless otherwise arranged.
Failure to provide payment on the day may result in a delay in delivery of the final product.
4.4 Cancellations and Refunds:
If you wish to cancel a booked service, please contact us as soon as possible. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled service date may be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the agreed upon service charge. Refunds will be considered based on the progress of the project at the time of cancellation.
No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than before the service date.
