- All photos must be taken in the city of Campbell.
- All photos must be submitted in .JPEG digital format with a minimum resolution of 300 dpi, and must be a single photo (no collages).
- Maximum file size of 10MB.
- All photos must be taken in a public place.
- Entries must be original work.
- Entries must include name, email address, home address, school, location of photo, title and device used.
- Winners limited to one first-place prize per person.

- All entrants must be a Campbell resident or attend school in the city of Campbell.
- All entrants must be age 18 or younger.
- Entrants under 18 years must have consent from parent/guardian.

*By entering the City of Campbell Youth Photo Contest, you retain the rights to your works while granting the City of Campbell the right to use, reproduce, communicate, and display the photos (in whole or in part) for the purpose of promoting the city and/or this contest.
