Civic Improvement Commission - City of Campbell, CA

The Civic Improvement Commission (CIC) advises the City Council and actively promotes programs in a number of areas including library concerns, beautification, public art, cultural concerns, local history, social services, seniors, neighborhood involvement and youth engagement.

The CIC is responsible for making recommendations to the City Council on allocating grants to qualified local social service agencies, neighborhood associations, and for beautification projects. The CIC also oversees the city’s utility box art program and partners with Campbell’s Youth Commission on various projects that include an annual youth job fair.
